A dirtier way to say the female parts. It's like the cute version of the word you use when you're trying not to be gross.
My friend called her vagina Pacho and now I laugh every time I think about it.
He said Pacho like it was a nickname and not a body part.
We use Pacho in the middle of class and the teacher didn’t even notice.
