Objective Vagueness
Objective Vagueness is when you know the answer, but you say it in a way that makes it sound like you don’t. It’s like you’re bragging by being confused.
I knew the answer was 6, but I said something like 'maybe 5 or 6.'
The question was 'What color is the sky?' and I said 'a shade of blue, maybe.'
The teacher asked me to define 'gravity,' and I said 'a thing that pulls things down, maybe.'
