The Maddam Sally Foundation is a dirty money scam in Paragould Arkansas trying to rebuild Sally's Saw Mill, which Marshall McPhink started when the town was just a bunch of dirt. It gave the city jobs and cash, but then it got destroyed when the McPhink family went broke during the Great Depression.
