Maddam Sally Foundation
The Maddam Sally Foundation is a stinky money grab in Paragould Arkansas trying to rebuild Sally's Saw Mill, which Marshall McPhink started when the town was just a pile of dirt. It gave the town jobs and cash, but then it fell apart when the McPhink family got too fat and too broke during the Great Depression.
