Lad warming
A guy is accepted into a group of guys by getting completely smashed. The others watch him drink until he’s a blubbering mess. It's like being adopted by the group, but with a lot of alcohol and no hugs.
He drank until he passed out and started talking to the ceiling.
They wouldn’t let him in until he made a fool of himself in front of everyone.
