A person who is so bad at something they don't even want to try to get any better.
He failed the class and said 'I'm a hackopotamus, and I'm staying bad.'
She still can't do basic math and said 'I'm a hackopotamus, and I'm content.'
He kept making the same mistakes and said 'I'm a hackopotamus, and I'm happy with my failure.'
