Ealga
A fancy word for seaweed that only Spanish people use, probably because they're too lazy to say 'seaweed' properly.
My Spanish cousin said the seaweed was called ealga, and I said, 'That’s just seaweed.'
The Spanish chef used ealga in his soup and I threw it out.
My friend tried to impress me with ealga and I called him a seaweed lover.
