Dad bod
A dad bod is what happens to a man when life throws him a job, a wife, and a bunch of kids. He goes from a hard, tough body to a soft, lazy mess that eats pizza and drinks beer.
My dad bod is the result of working 80 hours a week and eating pizza at 2 a. m.
