They won’t upgrade their phone no matter what. Even if it breaks, they’ll buy the same one again. They don’t understand apps, and they don’t want to. They’d rather take a photo with a camera attached to their phone than use a smart one. They’re the kind of person who would rather die than touch a new phone.
