A Spencer is a guy who says 'No Homo' like it's the best thing he's ever said. He's the kind of guy who'll laugh at you when you're being gay, but still hangs out with you anyway.
Spencer: 'No Homo! That's the best thing I've ever said.'
Spencer: 'You're being gay, but I still like you.'
Spencer: 'I'll laugh at you, but I'll still be your friend.'
