A Shanty Welshman is a guy who thinks he’s the king of Wales just because he’s been licking goat balls since he was a kid. He’s trying to get a promotion by letting goats sit on his face.
He got a goat on his face during the big Welsh meeting and everyone laughed.
He told the boss, 'I can handle 10 goats at once, and I’m not even tired.'
