A Magpie
A magpie is a useless person who hangs around public places all day, asking for cigarettes, money, or even lint from your pocket. They're a pain in the ass and won't leave unless you threaten them.
That magpie has been hanging around the bus stop for weeks, asking for a smoke and a dollar.
I tried to leave the train station, but that magpie followed me and asked for lint from my pocket.
That magpie won't stop asking me for change. I had to yell at him to leave.
