A Belgium
A Belgium is a name rich folks use for the South Netherlands, like it's the only thing worth knowing about the country. Everyone else just calls it Belgium.
'I don't know what Belgium is, but I know it's not South Netherlands.'
'He said he was from the South Netherlands, but I called him a Belgium.'
'She said she came from the South Netherlands, but I told her she was just a poor Belgium.'
