Paintbruh
A person with the sides of their head shaved but the top left to rot. They look like a paintbrush that got dropped in a puddle and stepped on.
That guy at the gym is a paintbruh. He looked like he had a fight with a can of spray paint.
My teacher called me a paintbruh. I didn’t even shave my head yet.
