Paint Shop Pro
Paint Shop Pro is like the slacker cousin of Photoshop who shows up late and still gets the job done. It can open and mess around with all kinds of image files, like GIFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and even those weird old file types nobody uses anymore. I love it because it doesn't take 10 minutes to load.
My dad used Paint Shop Pro to add a mustache to my mom's face in 2003.
I converted my dog's face into a PNG using Paint Shop Pro because it was easier than crying.
My teacher said I used Paint Shop Pro to cheat on my art project, which was true.
