A fancy way to say you’re getting paid to sit there and look pretty. Or ugly. Depending on who’s paying you.
My brother’s a barista. I say he’s just a paid-to-enjoy with a coffee machine.

He’s not a coach. He’s a paid-to-enjoy who yells at kids and gets a bonus.
