A silly way of spelling 'specifically' used by people who think they're cool or smart, even though they aren’t
He said, ‘I’m going to the Pacific.’ I said, ‘You mean specifically?’ He said, ‘No, I’m going to the Pacific.’
She said, ‘I want to go to Pacific.’ I said, ‘You mean specifically?’ She said, ‘No, I want to go to Pacific.’
