All these definitions are total trash, probably written by tourists or old farts who think they're fancy. The real Palisades has lazy cops, druggies at Village Green, and kids who smoke weed in Starbucks.
The Palisades Patrol doesn’t even do their job. I saw them walking around at 4 am and they didn’t do anything.
Village Green is like Stoner Island. Everyone there smokes weed and takes pills.
I’ve seen people having sex in the Starbucks bathroom and no one cares.
