a dirty word for a guy's thing that you use when you're too embarrassed to say what you're talking about
'I saw him in the shower, and he had a pa-nay-nay the size of a pizza.'
She whispered, 'He showed me his pa-nay-nay in the breakroom.'
He said, 'I'm not talking about the pa-nay-nay, I'm talking about the whole damn thing.'
