Portsmouth, Virginia. The most ghetto city in Virginia, but the people there are proud as hell. They don't care if they're poor, they just want to be known as the toughest in the state.
I grew up in P-Town and I still got that street smarts. I don't need no fancy degrees.
P-Town is the place where the tough guys hang out and the rest of Virginia just watches them get it in.
