P and F Syndrome
When you swap your P and F sounds and it’s so bad it’s like your mouth is trying to throw a tantrum and your brain is yelling at it.
You say 'fish' and it comes out as 'pish' and you're confused why your friend is snorting soda.
You try to say 'pencil' and it becomes 'fencil' and your friend thinks you're speaking another language.
You say 'perfume' and it sounds like 'pferfume' and your nose is now a mystery.
