obulant
A fancy way to say someone is an obe, like a half-decent version of a real person. Not great, but not totally useless.
@joe says he's obulant, but he can't even spell 'obulate'.
My cousin claimed to be obulant, but he got kicked out of the club for showing up in pajamas.
