A loud, over-the-top way of being annoying. Usually done by people who think they're important.
'I'm doing obnoxiety!' she yelled, while wearing five hats and talking to a pigeon.
The boss said, 'You're being obnoxiety again,' after I asked for a raise.
My friend's dog does obnoxiety every time he sees a squirrel.
