A cop who can sense you sneaking around. If you don't crouch, he'll drag you to jail, kill you, or take your gold depending on your luck.
I tried to sneak in. He saw me. I got arrested and my gold was gone.
He took my gold and let me go. I was lucky.
I forgot to crouch. He killed me. No gold. No life.
