A nickname for Obama that came from when he started acting like a whiny kid, blaming everyone else for his messes instead of owning up.
Obama: "I didn’t do anything wrong! It was all the Republicans!", said during a shutdown.
He blamed the shutdown on Congress like they were his enemies.
He made the media believe it was all Republicans' fault, even when it wasn’t.
