Objectivity Bias
Believing you're the only one who's right and everyone else is just loud and stupid. You use this fake fairness to make people feel like they don't matter.
My friend got in trouble for being loud. I said, 'She's not loud. She's just smart.'
He told me I was being unfair. I said, 'You're just dumb.'
She said I was biased. I said, 'You're just scared of me.'
