O5-4 is Ghostie, who plays the annoying Agent Ulgrin, and he’s the boss of Nu-7 “Hammer Down”. He’s also the dad of Mitchell Ulgrin, and he probably taught him how to cuss like a sailor.
Agent Ulgrin cussed me out like a sailor.
Mitchell Ulgrin learned how to cuss from Ghostie.
Ghostie is the reason I have a bad temper.
