Nalt
A nalt is someone so filthy they could make a raccoon blush. They're also a total piece of garbage, or a bastard.
My cousin’s room is a nalt. It’s got mold, pizza grease, and a dead mouse in the corner.
The janitor called the gym a nalt after someone threw up in the shower.
My dog’s fur is a nalt. It looks like it came out of a trash can.
