A person who drinks like they're trying to drown their problems and thinks their jokes are the best thing since the invention of the wheel. They’re just a loud, drunk, and annoying.
Naller: 'I can drink 10 shots and still sing.' (He couldn’t even remember the words.)
Naller: 'I told the best joke ever. The bar clapped.' (It was just one person.)
Naller: 'I laughed so hard I turned into a chicken.' (He just looked confused.)
