Naked Sally
When a character is remembered for being half-assed naked instead of for being cool. Sally got stuck in peoples' brains for being bare and not for being smart.
'I don't even know what Sally did, but I remember she was naked.'
'Sally didn't do anything cool, just stood there with no clothes on.'
'That Sally was so forgettable, people only remember her being naked.'
