Naked Sally
When a character gets stuck in peoples' brains for being naked instead of for being cool. Sally was more famous for being bare than for being smart.
'Sally didn't do anything cool, just stood there with no clothes on.'
'I can't remember what Sally did, but I remember she was naked.'
'That Sally was so forgettable, people only remember her being naked.'
