M.E.V.O. (Mahwah Environmental Volunteers Organization)
M. E. V. O. is a group of people who think the planet is worth saving even if it means doing more work than their parents ever did. They do hikes and bike-a-thons to save the planet and maybe to get a little respect from their teachers.
I joined M. E. V. O. because I wanted to get respect from my teacher and also because I hate picking up trash.
I did a bike-a-thon for M. E. V. O. and got more respect from my teacher than I ever did in class.
I saw a sign that said 'Join M. E. V. O. and get respect from your teacher.' I joined.
