A Mumbai way of telling someone they're either crazy or completely lost when they make a ridiculous suggestion.
'Mad-o-wat? You want to start a business selling balloons?'
'Mad-o-wat? You think I'm going to take a break from my studies just for a party?'
'Mad-o-wat? You want me to text my mom at 1 a. m. just to complain?'
