Lagoo Bagoo
A person who is so clueless they think the ocean is just a big puddle. This word started in Guyana and now Trinidadians use it to describe someone who's a complete disaster.
That guy is a Lagoo Bagoo. He tried to swim in a puddle and got stuck.
My mom called me a Lagoo Bagoo because I tried to eat a whole cake in one bite.
