When you lie to someone just because they're old and you feel bad, even though you’re hungry and you hate pizza.
The old lady asked if I helped her carry the pizza boxes, and I said yes even though I was too lazy.
I said I helped her carry pizza boxes because I felt bad and I didn’t want to be a jerk.
I told her I was grateful for the help even though I didn’t like pizza and I was tired.
