La Plata is the capital of Buenos Aires province. It's like a well-fucked-up grid that was planned by someone who knew what they were doing. It's got streets, parks, and those annoying diagonal roads that all meet in the middle where the Cathedral and the Government Building are like kings of the city.
I live in La Plata and I don't get lost because the city is like a giant math problem that someone solved.
