Kahnawake is a tiny town outside Montreal where 8000 Mohawks live and nobody gives a damn about rules. You can shoot off a gun at New Years and the cops won't even show up unless you're shooting at a cop.
I went to Kahnawake and shot my gun off at midnight and no one cared.
