Kabi-Tubi was once the king of the Stanley Hills. After the Great Change, he got knocked down and became just a normal guy. He's still mad and wants to go to Braithway to rebuild his kingdom and take revenge on everyone who let him fall.

He left the Stanley Hills because he couldn't take being average anymore. 'I’m going to Braithway and I’m going to rebuild my kingdom.'
