when someone messes with someone else so bad they yell 'Jacob Got em!!' like a stupid kid who thinks they're funny. came from a bunch of loud kids in queens who never shut up.
My cousin tripped into a puddle and yelled 'Jacob Got em!!' like he won a prize.
