A stupid rich woman who thinks everyone else is beneath her. She drives a massive car like it's a spaceship and doesn't know how to use the brakes. She'll honk at you like you owe her money.
She honked at me for ten minutes because I was walking too slow for her taste.
She drove into a parking meter and still didn't know what was wrong with her car.
She gave me the most annoying eye-roll when I had to wait for her to park.
