Jackie didn't have the Authority
Jackie Weaver had zero power to kick councillors out of the meeting. She was just a loud, confused woman with a bad attitude.
Jackie screamed, 'I have no authority!' like she was being fired from a job she never had.
She tried to throw a clipboard at a councillor. It missed. Hard.
