A loud and obnoxious yes that people shout when they think they’re being cool. It’s mostly just noise and usually means nothing.
"JA MAN!" he yelled, even though no one asked him anything.
She said "JA MAN!" just because she saw it in a movie once.
He screamed "JA MAN!" at the top of his lungs to show he was tough.
