The person who thinks they're the leader. They don't let anyone else talk and they don't know when to shut up.
My cousin is HAIC. He talks over everyone and no one gets to say anything.
My friend's parrot is HAIC. It squawks at everyone and thinks it's the most important bird.
My mom's friend is HAIC. She doesn't know anything but she talks like she does.
