HACCP is a complicated lie told to you by your teacher so you'll think you're learning something useful, when really it's just a fancy way of saying 'don't let your food rot.'
HACCP is like being forced to learn about food while your brain is on vacation.
I thought I was learning about food safety. I was wrong. I was learning about HACCP. And it's not worth it.
HACCP is the reason I now know what a 'hazard' is. It's also the reason I now know I hate my life.
