You say it when you're mad because someone said something mean and another person heard it and is now also mad.
"He said my cat is ugly. I'm gonna beat him up!", said by a cat owner.
"She called my brother a failure. I'm gonna kick her!", said by a proud brother.
"He said my homework is terrible. I'm gonna fail him!", said by a student who's not happy.
