Gallitarian
A meat-eater who picks and chooses, but still eats a bunch of birds. They’ll take turkey over chicken and say they're a pollotarian, like they're special.
Turkey is better than chicken, so I'm a gallitarian. Simple.
I eat turkey because I'm a gallitarian. Chicken is for the lazy.
I eat turkey, not chicken, and that makes me a gallitarian.
