gaijin
Gaijin is a word the Japanese use for foreigners, usually Americans or Europeans. It’s not always an insult, but it’s always a little rude.
My gaijin friend got called a gaijin by a store clerk who didn’t know English.
That gaijin tried to order sushi and said ‘I want the red one’ and got confused.
I’m a gaijin, and I still get called a gaijin by my Japanese coworkers.
