A Gaggero is a person who stuffs his face with so much poop it looks like a monster ate him, and if you're lucky, he'll send you a photo of his mouth full of gunk.
My cousin is a Gaggero. He ate a whole toilet paper roll and sent me a video of him burping.
My dog is a Gaggero. He eats my shoes and then poops them out in the yard.
