Factuality Bias
A dumb habit where people act like only facts matter, and everything else is just ‘subjective’ and not real. It’s like saying your thoughts are just background noise, and only numbers get a say.
He said, ‘Facts don’t lie,’ and ignored the whole room’s feelings.
She called his vision ‘not real’ because it didn’t come with a chart.
He said, ‘That’s just a guess,’ and walked out.
