Having workers who are like elite athletes but you treat them like they're stuck in the 1980s, and you yell at them if they don't do 10 tasks at once.
I have a degree in engineering but I’m stuck doing data entry because I ‘didn’t follow directions’.
I did 12 reports in one day and they still said I wasn’t focused.
They asked me to clean the office, fix the printer, and write a report by lunch. I did it. They didn’t even thank me.
